BOOKING

For the event less than 75 people

The reservation must be made including the final guest counts 72 hours prior to the date of the event. The late booking fee (25% of total cost) will be applied if you make a reservation later than 72 hours.

For the event more than 75 people

The reservation of the event for more than 75 people must be made no later than 10 days prior of the actual event. The late booking fees (25% of total cost) will be applied if you make a reservation later than 10 days.

When you order online, an email will be sent to our catering division and on receipt, your order will be confirmed via return email. If you have not received confirmation by 5pm on same day of order, please contact us at 077-516500.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the Total Estimated Amount is needed to confirm the booking of the event. Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows;

• Notice over 30 days prior to even : full refund of deposit
• Notice 10 to 29 days prior to event : 50% refund of deposit
• Notice less than 10 days prior to event : no refund of deposit

Changes and Cancelation

For the event less than 75 people

To make changes or to cancel your order, please call us on 5-516502. Cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior of the time of delivery. You can not make any changes or cance your order after that.

For the event more than 75 people

The cancelation and changes on the even for more than 75 people must be made no later than 10 days prior of the actual event. Please call us on 077-516500.

Minimum Order

We have a minimum order of $85.00 plus delivery fee (see below).

Delivery

Delivery within Monrovia is US$5.00 (flat fee). Other fees apply outside Monrovia.

Payment

You will be billed for the balance due within 3 days to one week after the event according the size of the event. The invoice amount is due upon receipt.
